I was only person in line at the Swiss terminal, yet the attendant man-handled my luggage and rolled her eyes as if I was one of 1,000 in line. She was quite sassy, but helpful and efficient! She explained that I would have no difficultly whatsoever transferring to my connecting flight from Zurich to Berlin. She says it’s a small airport. We’ll see!
