A LOT of wig shops in Berlin. I guess this shop owner ran out of plastic mannequin heads and had to use what was left in the basement or whatever he could find in the trash. Great choice of color though. If you squint real hard I think she looks a bit like me.
Found this gem in a second-hand store. Questions: Is that a collar or a hood? Maybe both. Is it a jacket or a blanket? Maybe both. Does it belong in the trash? Yes.
